Changing the Payment Type of an Order
You can change the payment type of an order both during order creation and after the order has already been created (with an exception).
First you'd begin creating the order as usual ( here's an article on how to do that). Once you get to the screen where you type in the customer's contact information, there will be your default payment time already selected at the bottom of the screen under Payment Options:

Click change to change this to a different payment method:

Then process the order.
In order to change an existing payment type of an order, first go to that order's order details screen. Next go to the payments tab. Scroll down to find different payments on the order. If the payment was WR Credit Card, then it cannot be changed, only refunded. Any other payment types will have a slider under them to change them.

They will also have a trash can icon next to the slider to delete them.
