How to Change Prices by Date Range

We covered how to set up default pricing in this article. Default prices are what the system uses unless there is custom pricing set-up in Ticket Control. Custom pricing is commonly used for seasonal prices and blackout (holiday) pricing. Ticket control prices will always override default prices. In order to setup custom pricing by date range follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > Calendar Controls > Ticket Control

On this screen, you will select what you're wanting to edit: Activity, Schedules (all or just some), Ticket type, and date ranges:

Take care to select only what you'd like to edit and then click edit.

Once you click edit you will be on the next screen where you can make the price edits:

This most commonly will be a batch update meaning you don't have to click a down arrow to fill the selection. Here you will type in the new price for your ticket. Then click Make All Changes/Redirect to be brought back to the previous screen. This will save your price changes and allow you to select a new ticket and repeat the process if needed. (Note: If it doesn't say batch update, click the arrow that will be in the box with the price change to fill the selection below, then click Make All Changes/Redirect).

I always recommend doublechecking your work to make sure what you changed was correct. Please contact support if you encounter any issues.
