How to Create an Order with Multiple Payments
In order to create an order with multiple payments, you'll need to first start creating the order as normal until you get to the contact/payment info tab. From here you'll click on the cart in the top right hand of your screen:
Clicking this cart icon will pop up a menu where you'll adjust the payment amount for the order:
You'll type in the amount here to charge the first card, then click change. You can now close this pop up cart menu. Make sure that WR Credit Card is selected for the payment type, and click next. This will take you to the normal credit card screen, however the Credit Card Payment Amount in the top right hand corner, will now reflect the payment amount you entered in the cart, instead of the whole order amount:
Now you can process this first card as normal and click pay order. After the order has been created, click view order to enter the order details. Next navigate to the payments tab and scroll down to find a large dark button that says "Add Payment Type:"
Click on Add Payment Type and then make sure WR Credit Card is selected. Type in the next card charge amount and click next. This will take you to another credit card screen to type and run the next card.
You can repeat this process as many time as necessary to add additional payments to an order.
