How to Enable or Disable Bookings
There are many different ways to enable or disable bookings. In this article, we will cover them all and which ones we recommend for different situations. Here's a link also to a video created on this topic.
The first most common situation is temporarily disabling online bookings. This setting is the most commonly used because it's easy to reverse or adjust as needed without altering any of your existing unique schedule settings.
There are two ways to do this inside of WaveRez. The first is a quick enable/disable toggle on Matrix View:

This enable or disable toggle on the Matrix view disables all online bookings for that day from all sources. It does still allow internal bookings only and it allows you to move existing orders around if needed.
The second way to disable or enable online bookings is via a calendar control called Disable Trips for Online Booking. It is found under settings > calendar controls > Disable Trips for Online Booking:

This does the same thing that the toggle on the Matrix does, except you can choose a larger date range and multiple trips if needed. It's also very easy to reverse if your availability changes by simply going back to this calendar control and choosing Open Trips instead of Close Trips.
The second and more permanent way to disable your trips (and resultingly disabling your bookings) is to disable them at the trip level in settings > resources > trips > click on trip > general tab:

Disable Trip - Disables the trip entirely and removes it from your list of trips. This is only to be used if you're not planning to offer this trip at anytime in the future. Will clear it from the schedule entirely.
Disable Direct Online Bookings - This disables the listing from being booked on your WaveRez booking portal only. This setting is mostly used for trips you don't ever want to offer to be booked online. An internal only trip. It will remove it from the booking portal as well.
Disable Affiliate Booking - This currently disables TripShock bookings for both their agents and online. It will not be sold on TripShock. If you plan not to list a previously listed trip on TripShock, please notify TripShock of the change.
