How to Enable or Disable Schedules & Equipment
There are a few different ways to enable or disable schedules and equipment.
The first way to disable a schedule is from the Matrix View:
To disable a schedule via the Matrix View, click on the toggle under the desired time(s) that you wish to close for the chosen day. By toggling this time, you have disabled bookings for that time for that trip. If you want to enable it, choose the icon to show all disabled booking times, then toggle the slider under the correct time to re-enable it. Here is a short video to explain this process.
You can also disable equipment to prevent bookings on that specific equipment. Click here for an in-depth how to on maintenance mode or closing equipment per day.
An easy way to disable equipment for a short period of time is on the Matrix View. Scan down the left side of the matrix, and you will see the equipment associated with each trip. Find the trip and equipment that you would like to disable and toggle the corresponding slider. This essentially puts the equipment in maintenance mode. To enable the equipment for this booking, just toggle the slider back on.
*Please note: If equipment shares more than one trip, toggling this slider will disable that equipment for every associated trip.
