How to Use the Cut Off Time Override Feature
The Cut Off Time Override feature is a convenient tool that allows flexibility in your scheduling system by removing the "Cut Off Hour" restriction for schedule times when at least one ticket is booked. Here's how it works and how you can use it effectively:
Once this feature is activated:
Any schedule time for a particular day that has at least one ticket booked will no longer be restricted by the cut off hour.
Customers can book tickets right up until the last minute, with no limitations imposed by the cut off time.
Navigate to the Settings>Resources>Trips>Schedule.
Locate the "Cut Off Time Override" checkbox.
Check the box to activate the feature.
That’s it! The override will automatically apply to any schedule time that meets the criteria.

Imagine a tour operator has a schedule time set for 3:00 PM with a 2-hour cut off. Without the override, customers would need to book their tickets by 1:00 PM. With the Cut Off Time Override enabled, as soon as one ticket is booked, customers can continue to book until 3:00 PM.
