How To: Send a Message to a Customer or Group

This article will let a user know how they can send a text to a specific piece of equipment or a whole manifest's departure time.

You will need to go to that customer's reservation in the daily manifest view:

and find the icon that looks like a small mega phone. Click on that and a box will pop-up to allow you to enter text. Enter the message to the customer and select Send. Note: You can either send a text or email or both to the customer.

In order to send messages to all orders for a departure time you can click the 3 dots at the end of the trips departure time on the daily manifest view and click send messages to customers:
